About Us

Valley Pines is a 48 unit condominium association located in Basalt, Colorado.  Our property is located in the heart of the Roaring Fork Valley and is close to a wide variety of outdoor activities. We are 30 minutes from Aspen Snowmass Ski areas, around the block from Gold Medal Fishing, and a short walk to Whole Foods and Willits Town Center.

Valley Pines is located between Willits Town Center and downtown Basalt.  We have a 48 condominiums with a mix of common area space and stand alone buildings.​

Our property features a common area clubhouse which can be reserved for special events, exercise room, and a commercial kitchen

Basalt, Colorado is located 30 minutes from Aspen and Snowmass, Colorado.  Our community enjoys the Rio Grande Bike Path, amazing hiking, biking, skiing, snowboarding, and fly fishing.
